There are some moments in our lives that end up being life markers. Times that when we look back at them we realize that we witnessed something extraordinary. As a ten year old growing up in Burley, Idaho my fifth grade teacher, Mrs. Burnsides provided one of those moments for me. Her example of grace and forgiveness has never left me and assisted me in finding the right answer to some of my life’s toughest questions. It’s easy to see why teachers are my heroes.
